Capitol Hill
Seaddle's most densely populated district. Apartment buildings line the hilly roads and the locals always seem to know each other. It's also the city's most prominent nightclub and entertainment district. When the sun goes does, the music turns up in Capitol hill.
Downtown SEADDLE
When you think city, downtown is probably the image that pops into your head. Towers reach for the stars as far as the eye can see. There's something to do on every corner. With the main carriage highway running right through the heart of downtown, the traffic is always apparent, and ponies mostly take to walking the crowded streets to reach their destinations.

International District
Most of Seaddle's foreign residence congregate here thanks to all the import stores and homey feel the foreign architecture brings. Griffons, Zebras, and species from all over make their living here running family owned shops selling their food, brews, trinkets, and the like.
Pike Place Market
As a counter to the International District, Pike Place Market is where all the local ponies sell their goods. Here you'll find all those equine friendly goods without worry about running into something that might make you squeamish. Many tourists flock to the market for local flavor and souvenirs.
Pioneer Square
Once the heart of the city before the Seaddle fire, Pioneer square sits south of Downtown, the old streets lined with brick buildings and culture. The "Ye Olde" pubs often brew their own drinks and serve their family recipes. With plenty of greenery to compliment the old architecture, Pioneer Square is a lovely place to sit outside and enjoy the city, or find a good old fashioned bar.

Seaddle Center
The Seaddle Center is where the symbolic Space Needle resides. The tower sits a rotating restaurant at the top that many tourists frequent. The open spaces bellow the tower are very green with plenty of space decorated with fountains and modern art.
SoDo
South of Downtown, known as SoDo, houses most all of the industrial buildings. Aside from the warehouses and factories, SoDo houses the major sports arena, "Celestia Field" where all the sports events from hoofball to Wonderbolts perform.
University District
As the name suggest, the University District houses the "Luna's School for Gifted Ponies." The university was founded after the Princess' return from banishment, welcoming all ponies, from unicorns to pegasus, to explore their talents.
Waterfront
The waterfront district was home to some of the fanciest restaurants in the whole city. In order to get a table here, you better have made a reservation at least a day in advanced. If you can't find a table, you can always enjoy a walk down the docks, or even a ride on the newly constructed ferris-wheel to get a better view.
West Seaddle
With a nice view of the downtown skyline, West Seaddle plays hosts to most Seaddle residents as the Seaddle suburb. With lakeside parks and middle class housing, West Seaddle has that 'Ponyville' feel without the city lights being too far away.
